With a real passion in gymnastics, Juzkids wants to provide a safe environment to let ‘kids to be kids’, enabling them to experience gymnastics through challenging obstacles;a sanctuary where they can learn handstands, cartwheels & many more on our gymnastics equipment, eventually learn handsprings and flips when they are ready. With structured lesson plans and fun obstacles, children develop their skills progressively under the guidance of fun & caring trained coaches. Artistic Gymnastics helps to: Improve balance and body posture Increase body flexibility, agility, balance, coordination & strength Discipline & self control Trust in own abilities, self confidence Persistence & Resilience The value of effort
