A percussion instrument is a musical instrument that is sounded by being struck or scraped by a beater (including attached or enclosed beaters or rattles); struck, scraped or rubbed by hand; or struck against another similar instrument. The percussion family is believed to include the oldest musical instruments, following the human voice. In this class, kids will be able to experience rhythm sense/grooves, they will also be exposed to various instruments and styles. They will be able to play and resonate with the group, share rhythm and get in tune with each another. Instruments that will be covered during this class : a) Conga b) Bonga c) Djembe d) Cajon e) Shaker f) Timbales g)Cloves & Surdo
